Thanks Janet for making this point. It's a topic we've discussed a little as we have worked to "operationalize" our process and make it accessible to more contexts. We know how lucky we are to have a full time librarian let alone a functional school library. Smart insights like what you and Terry have offered here are helpful in considering different perspectives.
